What a precious girl!
I always used to feel bad for the kids without shoes, and most of the time I still do. However, somebody told me a while ago, that she found out one of her sponsored kids simply chooses not to wear shoes. He only wears them to school, when he is required to. Other than that, he simply goes barefoot.
