Mail!!!

 Friday I recieved a letter from Mrs. Priscila, my Jazzy rain's mom!!! Letters have made me cry and smile, but this one had me laughing to tears. :')

"Please tell your friend Claire that Jazzy were hoping and praying her sponsor child were very good  and talented like her....


...Your puppy is Snoopy it is very nice and beautiful. Jazzy like it."

She is so precious!!!

"When do you start practice for driving? Take care."

She loves me and my mom so much! We love her!

"Tell your mother that my family very much loves her, hug for him regards to your father, brothers and sisters."

I am always blessed by the new bible verse that is written in Jazzy's sweet hand writing with every letter! This is the one with this letter...

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Ps. 139:14"

I had to share this! LOVE it! So beautiful!!!

Compassionate Service

Saturday my mom and I helped work a compassion table at a concert about 25 minutes from our house. It was awesome.

The concert was sold out. There was a thousand people there.

Seven sweet children were sponsored.... given hope..... rescued.....

Praise God!!

We worked with a man named Todd.  He was so helpful.

We did a packed pass. As we were walking up the isles nobody except one out of the one thousand people there raised their hand. :(

I wonder why. Why they would not sponsor, and change a life forever, but I know God will work.  He is the faithful one!

It was a great day. Seven sponsored!!! Seven lives changed forever!!!

So last week my mom and I were looking at the Compassion website and saw this cute little girl from India.
                                                                

Kurunya!!

She is 5 yrs old.

My mom and I both just thought she was soooo adorable. She reminds me of my sweet little Pashi girl I met in 2009 from Nepal. 

We decided to post her on my moms Facebook.

The next day there was a comment on her pic. Danielle one of my friends had sponsored her!!!! 

We are so excited for Kurunya and her new sponsor!!

God is Faithful!!

I am so excited to hear all about her first letter!!  Danielle recieved her packet today!

Mail Call!!

Last week I recieved a very sweet letter from Mrs. Priscila, my Jazzy Rain's mom.  She is always so encourging.

Dear Alyssa Price, Hi, Hello, I hope you are in good condition upon reading this letter of Jazzy. She is in good health and condition. She attend school attentively and always joined in school activities and also in our compassion center. Thank you very much for the gift to Jazzy ( birthday).  It is  a big help to her. She bought clothes, a pussy cat, and unbrella. Thank you very much. She was happy that she recieved a gift from you. I pray that God will bless you financially so that you continue to support my child, and thanks for the birthday gift that you send to her. Thank you for your prayers for my family. I always pray for you. Just pray Jazzy to be more active in her study and get more high grades. Are your  parents still working? Until next time.  Thank you very much. May God bless you always. It is amazing how thankful Mrs. Priscila is. It is just a little thing I do, but to her it is huge. I love them so much. I love to bless them. It is not a burden.

My one Word

Last year I picked one word to think on and to learn from. My word was Joy. It was so cool to see God work at my heart and to use this Joy in so many ways. Last year I sponsored my precious Jazzy Rain and got my sweet correspondent child name Regita. What JOY God has brought me through these two little Princesses!

This year I chose another word I felt God gave me.  My word is

 I had been thinking about what word God had for me and the first word I thought was Love! I was not sure though. Before my quiet time I prayed and asked God to show me if this was my word he had for me. The quiet time book I have asked me to read these verses...

For I am sure neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anthing else in creation, will be able to separate from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Eph. 8:38-39

God is Awesome!!

I want to show Gods love to the hopeless! I want to show Gods love to the unlovely! I want to receive Gods love!

God is Love!!

2012!!!

I cannot believe it is now 2012. 2011 went by so fast. I was blessed in so many was in 2011. I am amazed at Gods grace. To name just a few of the many blessings...
